Orthopedic & Sports Therapy of Kenner, Metairie and Westbank is affiliated with the Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN).  We are contracted with and  "in network" with most insurance companies.  Our staff is pleased to bill your insurance company as a courtesy to you once your insurance coverage has been verified.  Below is a general list of insurance companies, however not exclusive.  Please contact our office for additional insurance company affiliations.  Our staff will be happy to obtain any verification or authorization on your behalf in order to ensure prompt scheduling of appointments to ease any burden of the patient.  Our goal is to help you clearly understand all aspects of your policy relating to your physical therapy coverage. 


  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana

    Our facilities are in network with the local BCBS of Louisiana.
  • Medicare

    Our facilities and physical therapists are participating providers for Medicare. 

    We are not participating providers in the Medicaid program.
  • Cigna

    Our facilities are in network with most Cigna insurance companies.

  • United HealthCare

    Our facilities are contracted with most United HealthCare insurance carriers.

  • Coventry

    Our facilities are contracted with most Coventry Health Plans.

  • Aetna

    Our facilities are participating providers with most Aetna insurance companies.

  • Humana

    Our facilities and providers are participating providers with most Humana insurance policies.

  • Office of Group Benefits

    Our facilities, along with our providers are participating in most of the OGB insurance plans.

  • Peoples Health Network

    We are in network with Peoples Health Network effective 5/1/09.
